Our friends at Liquid I.V. have launched a new flavor: Seaberry … and recently released a series of videos (video below) documenting their epic adventure to Napal. This is a special #EarthDay 😎 Not only does it mark the 50 year anniversary of the official day we celebrate the planet we call home, but it’s also special because with most of the humans locked inside Nature has enjoyed a much needed reprieve from the perpetual damage we do daily. The air is cleaner and the animals have been able to relax and to roam without us in the way. Our wish on this Earth Day — as many of us are stuck inside, craving the next time we can walk in the forest, swim in the ocean, etc — is that when the quarantine is over that we all do our best to tread a little lighter and live more sustainably. We also got to sit down with Nikki to discuss his life, his love of Leica Cameras and the stories of the homeless people he meets and shoots in Los Angeles and around the world. Also want to mention that his proceeds from the sale of this street photography will be donated to Covenant House California to help create a photography program for homeless youth. Ten years ago, monies raised by the sale The Heroin Diaries (Book), Nikki’s autobiography, helped start the music program at the same charity.. that program is still going strong today.

Excited to share this with the world today. The OneNinth team had the pleasure of working with the folks at MERRY JANE and The Yard Entertainment on a new series from the mind of Snoop Dogg.
“Queens of the Stoned Age” will air early September and features an eclectic and impressive group of ladies having real, raw conversations about cannabis use. Some episodes focus on creativity and careers, others delve into the medicinal benefits of marijuana, while some explore weed and it’s impact on sex and relationships.
The all-female cast includes photographers, musicians, stand-up comedians, entrepreneurs, influencers, social activists and even a few adult film stars. Beautifully directed by Lucy Jones, and shot by an all female crew, too, this series is unique and timely and offers a fresh perspective not just on “the plant” itself but also on the fast-growing industry currently dominated by ladies!

Well, it is a sad day. Today we say goodbye to a friend… One of our favorite travel companions, the @leica_camera #VLUX Typ 114 has reached the end of a long road. In the last few years this camera has travelled the world with us. From frozen @glaciernps mountain tops in Montana to tropical lakes in #Guatemala, we took him everywhere. He made it through the dust storms of @burningman and rain storms on our @liquidiv humanitarian mission to Haiti. Here in this photo we were in @johnmuirnps taking in the beauty of the redwoods. A tough guy, he even survived a fall from a moving vehicle and significant burns to his lens housing when we left him too long, too close to a campfire to capture the perfect time lapse. Yes, this guy, this one right here.. THIS was a great camera. 😢Thanks for the memories buddy. We’ll miss you terribly! The 3D, CG design intertwines a journey through painterly environments and magical elements from the film, priming IMAX audiences for a cinematic adventure.
